Great Experience With Leasing Agent

I had such a great experience with Rudy at The Gateway II that I felt I needed to leave a review. I'm relocating back to the WNY area after being away for 14 years. Finding a rental that has the features I'm looking for at reasonable price has been challenging. I called Rudy and explained my situation. He emphasized with me and assured me he would make the processes as easy as possible. He offered and did tour the unit with my mother who's still in the area (as mom's know best!). My mom had nothing but great things to say about Rudy and the property. She said the buildings were very clean and updated. She was impressed how quiet it was and said that it looks like the tenant's care about where they live. Rudy even took a walk though video on her phone (she's not tech savvy) and sent it to me so I would have reassurance that what's posted online is accurate (it was). Although I decided to go with a different property (a last minute posting for a building within walking distance of where I needed to be came up), I will remember this property if I have a future need to know someone who does.

Amazing, Kind, Accommodating

Amazing Place in a amazing location, neighbors are very friendly and helpful. I needed a place very last minute and on the day before new year and they worked really hard to get me taken care off. I am really thankful that I was able to find this hidden gem.
